Add Plus shall implement an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for All Project.The focus of the EMP will be the Subcontract Works or other valued contracts and those activities under the direct control of Add Plus . The EMP will take into account the physical aspects of the Particular Project and its all usable surrounding areas and where appropriate the local social and cultural aspects.In order to manage this process Add Plus shall nominate a member of the Organization to be fully responsible for the EMP.The EMP supports collaboration and joint actions with other parties such as but not limited to the Local Authorities, Employer, Consultants, Main Contractor and other Sub-contractors.

Role of the Environmental Management Plan

The role of the EMP is to identify policies and procedures that will help to maintain and / or improve the existing environment and to ensure compliance with all related local authority regulations/laws.

Purpose of the Environmental Management Plan

The purpose of the Environmental Management Plan is to:
• Identify priorities.
• Set objectives and targets.
• Define performance indicators.
• Strategies to achieve targets.
• Allocate responsibilities.
• Establish mechanisms to monitor, evaluate and report progress.
